EVENTS > Palouze Festival

3-4 bronze pots of palouze (traditional sweet made of grape juice) are first prepared by local women. Cypriot emigrants and foreigners can then dip threads of nuts (almonds and walnuts) hung from twigs into palouze to make soutzioukko (traditional sweet made of grape juice and nuts). There follows a reception where guests can enjoy an artistic programme preceded by a welcoming speech.
